Filles du Ciel seeks and introduces objects that quietly illuminate the small moments of everyday life. We do not see objects merely as tools. Filles du Ciel이라는 이름은 어느 날 라디오에서 들은 이야기에서 시작되었습니다. 지구의 생존에 있어 꿀벌의 중요성에 대한 이야기를 듣고, 그동안 흔한 곤충으로만 알던 존재가 갑자기 매우 소중하게 느껴졌습니다. 그 순간의 ‘관점의 변이’를 기억하며 브랜드의 심볼을 꿀벌로 정했습니다. 지금 사용하고 있는 꿀벌 이미지는 오래된 이탈리아 빈티지 일러스트 책에서 발견한 그림입니다. Filles du Ciel은 문학적으로 ‘꿀벌’을 의미하는 표현으로 쓰인 적이 있으며, 단어 그대로 번역하면 ‘하늘의 딸들’이라는 뜻을 가지고 있습니다. 이 이름 아래에서 우리는 시간과 일상의 여정을 통해 발견된 물건들을 소개하며, 사물을 바라보는 작은 관점의 변화를 함께 나누고자 합니다
